Army HIV Policies and Procedures as of 7/15/2005

This link is only being provided as a reference point and should not be taken as absolute. Policies are in constant flux. I myself have never been in the service but have been poz for 6 years now. I am very interested in public policy and have a very big problem with the way this document outlines "on a need to know basis" throughout with no HIPAA references. :( Below is a short table of contents with page numbers so you can jump to a particular chapter.
