I'm taking Combivir and Vircept. I was told i can't use Viagra and now i am told i can if its .25 mg. Anyone know for sure. A buddy gave me some for x-mas an they are 50 mg, i don't want to mess up with my meds.

Not sure about the drug interactions.
But I do know that a lot of the HIV drugs amplify the effects of Viagra, meaning that 1/2 doses are ususally recommened.
Viagra opens up the blood flow to your penis (and other areas) hence face flushing etc.
Too much Viagra can lower your blood preasure dangerously (never use poppers with Viagra).
Usually if your Dr. OK's the use of Viagra with HIV meds (meaning there is no conflict) they prescribe a lower dose of Viagra.
I am prescribed 50mg, but I split it into 4ths (12.5mg) for my use.
