Dry Mouth

Does anyone have a treatment/advice when the combination of ddI and hydroxyurea makes my mouth bone dry and has dropped my blood platelets? Am beginning to find this worrying and uncomfortable. And am a little scared. Please help if you have an idea - or email me at guscarnegie@hotmail.com. Thanks.
