ARE YOU HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING THE HEALTH CARE YOU NEED FROM YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN?

If you are a New Yorker and your health insurance plan has denied your request for or coverage of treatments, referrals or other health services, we want to know. Citizen Action of New York, a state-wide, grass-roots, consumer advocacy organization, is a leader in working for stronger consumer
protections in health insurance. One way we do that is by listening to consumers who have had or are having problems getting the care they need. Please let us know about the problems you have experienced. Email us at
