What is Full blown AIDS???
as far as I know, if you have less than 200T-cell, and a high VL-load, and suffer from Cronic fatigue along with other HIV+ related health probelms, then you are considered as having full blown AIDS.......if this is correct, please respond to this Post!!!

Full blown AIDS
Being diagnosed with AIDS instead of HIV is really a legal definition and has been used to entitle people for social security disability. The current definition is to have one opportunisitic infection OR t-cells under 200. There is a list of what is considered an opportunistic infection--PCP, for example, is an OI. So even if you have 400 t-cells and you get PCP then you are considered to have AIDS--the words full blown are kind of meaningless. And it could be meaningless in terms of disease progression nowadays. Let's say you do not know you are infected and you come down with PCP--you are considered to have AIDS. Once you start medication your viral load may go down to undetectable and you function totally normally--but you are still considered to have AIDS. So it's kind of arbitary now.
