Vexed and Embarrassed

Vexed and Embarrassed? This problem about how to deal with HIV
Vaccines is what this is all about, is that correct? For instance
every time we read about an HIV Vaccine the article says it might
not work. So the problem is not that people do not have any
ideas, and the problem is not that people do not have any good
ideas, and the problem is not that people do not have ideas that
actually will not work. The problem is that every time we read an
article about an HIV vaccine it also says that it might not work.
So the experts and professionals and whatever else you call them
or they call themselves as the case may be, are actually asking
us, but more correctly asking me, a question. The question that
they are asking is this: "We do not have a good direct test of
these vaccine ideas. People have to actually try the vaccines and
then subject themselves to real HIV, and that is not very good
because of the extreme risk. We do not have any good test for our
HIV Vaccine ideas, so what does anyone, [ But actually, what do y
o u ], think about this? What does anyone out there think could
be done to test HIV Vaccines so that actual people do not have to
take direct risk with real HIV? We are as usual helpless and
cannot effect a good solution to his problem, and we beg you for
an answer, and please, give it to us for free as usual because as
usual there will be no money or credit for you. We want an answer
right now because otherwise we would not pose this silent
question for you to work on, instead we would go ahead with our
own excellent and highly correct testing ideas, which do not
exist, otherwise we would not be asking this silent question, and
hoping, indeed begging you for some kind of answer." So these
experts do not really know how to test their vaccines safely and
accurately. So we have this silent question out here and we,
{that is, I} am supposed to respond to this begging and pleading
for help. Yes! I am supposed to answer this question, and
certainly answer it for free as usual. Indeed, holding no
resentment toward this situation and eager to please, I think it
would be possible to answer this question in several ways. Today
or tomorrow there could be some kind of answer for you. But may I
assure you that this answer might not be created entirely for
you, but also somewhat for me. So while you become vexed and
embarrassed and start making phone calls to people who actually
can do something, I will prepare to create some answers for you.
You should continue to beg for help, however, and keep writing
your articles about HIV Vaccines that might not work. While you
do that I will obtain some ideas for testing HIV Vaccines without
exposing people to high risk, and some ideas that will also
provide clear answers about how effective a vaccine might be. But
instead of keeping all of those ideas secret, they will end up
here for the whole world to read about. Would it be better for
you to report about your ideas first? That might be good, but you
do not have any good ideas, otherwise you would not be posing
this silent question. So if you have any good ideas maybe you
should tell people about them before I tell people about mine.
There is going to be some kind of dash for funding when this
starts, and I suspect that this is what the delay is all about.
You are the ones who want the money, and I am the one who
doesn't, and I control you. This is very interesting. Some
tension in the office today, interesting.

You must be writing from the USA and you must be an American. If
you have bothered to read news from other parts of the world you
will realize that the vaccine is actually being tested on healthy
people who have no hiv. In Cuba 50 doctors and nurses are being
used for this. These good people have seen so much suffering and
have volunteered their good services. There are people working on
this - they may not come from your own backyard but people are
working really hard as it is devastating everyone regardless of
race, social status etc.

You should be. Trying to follow your choopy and sometimes
incoherent thought made me "vexed." The scientific community is
doing what they know best at this point in time trying to find
answers as they go. It may not pose itself as the best way to
everyone but we have to believe that they are truly working as
best as possible to find WORKING solutions for this disease. Bear
with them and thank God that we have what we have at this point.
Science has made leaps and bounds in this disease in the past few
years and it will continue. Stay strong and don't lose focus. BE
ALIVE FOR THE CURE!
