Lack of PSA's & other education

Has anyone noticed lately that there have been fewer Public
Service Announcements on TV about the dangers of HIV
transmission? This maybe something I'm noticing in our local
area, but last year, the state department of health was very
active in raising public awareness.

Is there complacancy about HIV infection? If this is in fact
true, the problem could get even worse.
