i first tested positive to the antibodies...

I first tested positive to the antibodies of HIV in 1984. After
being totally devastated for 2 weeks, (those were the days when
everyone thought a positive test meant certain death within a
short time) I vowed that: 1. I would not die from this disease
and 2. I will never pass this along to anyone. This is March,
1996, and 12 years later I am alive, well, and prospering; I have
never to my knowledge passed the virus to anyone; and this has
been the greatest catalyst and source of inspiration and growth
