I'd like to talk about how you're grappling with side effect -- are you considering taking other medication to avoid the re-distribution of fat that is often a marker for lipodystrophy; how do others relate to your condition; do you see it as being a condition that "outs" your HIV status? how do you respond to this? how much additional stress has it caused in your life???
