HELP! My sex drive is gone! My partner and I are both positive..he gets testostrone shots..is there anything that a women can take, like testostrone, to stimulate sex drive?

Viagra is being using experimentally on women. Ask your doctor about it. It's not yet approved for women though.

Try meditation or yoga. It may help get you relaxed and in the mood. Lots of exercise does this so try any type that you enjoy.

IT IS PROBABLY GONE BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT GOT YOU WHERE YOU ARE, YOU CAN GET OVER IT, TAKES A LITTLE TIME THOUGH

1)Have your hormone levels checked.
2)Progesterone, thyroid, estrogen, testosterone, ETC., levels, OK? (Mine weren't)
3)How are your periods, age (Read "What your Dr. might not tell you about peri-menopause)?
4)How do you get along with your partner?
As I went through an operation (not gyn) 10 years after my HIV DX, and in one day went from being a nymphomaniac to having no libido, I also got rid of the "EX" as he is no longer needed. Finally, a cure for nymphomania- just cut up patients who are already in so much pain that they complain for yet another 5 years.
