adrenal problems

I have an adrenal deficiency in the DHEA hormone and am having trouble finding a doctor who is knowledgeable. I do not have HIV but I thought that the same kind of problem might exist in HIV. My immune system is overactive instead of underactive. I would like to know the names of PHysicians with a good knowledge of that aspect of medicine.
Can anyone help? Nashvile, Tennessee area.
