Can anyone explain to me what the Ryan White Grant is? or Tell me how i can contact anyone for more information?

The Ryan White Funds are were begun around 1992 as a result of congress coming together and deciding they needed to do something to help people who are under-insured and living with HIV. It is, obviously, named after Ryan White, an AIDS Activist who gained media attention when he was banned from a school at the age of 13 (Hemophelia acquired HIV). He died in 1991 at the age of 19, i believe.
the money was originally, to be used for medical care, but is now used for care which can be linked to helping people living with HIV/AIDS to remain or become healthy. (Medications, doctor visits, housing assistance, etc.) It is federal money, not state. Each year additional stipulations are added to the money designating what it can or cannot be used for....hope this helps somewhat.
