I need to know what a flat KS lesion looks like. Would it become darker in color after being exposed to hot water and then look less dark later? Can you see the blood move out of it when you push it and then see it rush back in when released? Thanks so much for answering.

In the mean time stop all consumption of Poppers and other immune suppressive "recreational" drugs.

Can you please explain your comment a bit further? Also, do you know an answer to my original question? THANKS!

It pretty simple. Poppers are probally one of the most toxic drugs on earth. They are so toxic that they have been responsible for several deaths in the past. Try splilling poppers on your skin and see what it does. No imagine what its doing to you lungs. Poppers are exceptable in gay culture because no one questions very much, So many gays are into denial and escapism and don't want to deal with health issues. It becuase our self-esteem has been battered and it takes lot of work to build it up again. Sounds like you don't have a ks lesion though.

Terry D-I never used poppers. I'm a hetero woman. What makes you think that the lesion I describe isn't KS? Thanks!

I have not heard of many hetrosexuals who have developed KS. Its a strange situation becuase its connected with aids yet only gay men seem to develope it. So based on that fact alone I would be very surprised if it was. Perhaps your just scaring yourself I know that once you have been labelled hiv anti-body positive every little sign of possible illness scares you.
