let's talk about herpes!

i never experienced herpes before all this, and i am still not sure this is what it is. painful cracks at the corners of my mouth from time to time, weird little scabby things inside my nose, now whitish looking scabby things at inner labia area and anal.
if it is herpes, what type? there are so many to look up. my doc just says so what. his main concern is that i am ok hiv wise. not to sweat the small stuff.
help?

Go to the health food store and take L-lysine as soon as you see the first outbreak. It really helps. Anyway, herpes has nothing to do with HIV--it's a separate virus that you must have picked up along the way.

The painful cracks at the corner of your mouth may be due to herpes or apthous ulcers.The whitish looking scabby things may be warts or condyloma .These are caused by a virus called papilloma virus. These can be removed by a dermatologist in an office
