Went to the doc Monday after routine blood draw.
pretty standard, I had gone from undetectable back to "detectable" last time so this time I was back under so that was a relief.
Although, my last labs were 860 and this time they were 751. Is this a normal drop?

I'm assuming the 860 and 751 are your CD4 counts?
Both are good. Don't worry about a the drop. A lot of things can factor in for that. There are even changes depending on the time of day you get your lab work done. I noticed that when I got my done in the morning my CD4 count would be higher than times when I got it done in the afternoon.
Only worry about it when you see a general decline over the course of several results.

What counts is the percentages. My numbers always flucuate but my percentages stay the same.
