How people think that we are so stupid because we are HIV-POSITIVE.

Some people today think that we are stupid because we are HIV-POSITIVE and we don`t have the sense to know how to address our voice when it comes to something that ruffle our wings so i think that we all need to used our voice more today and forever.

I think that the important thing is to get the politics and divisiveness out of the HIV equation. You really don't see it with other communicable diseases the way you see it with HIV. No one tells someone with a cold or flu that they were stupid for picking their nose or rubbing their eyes or sleeping with their partner. You don't even see the stigma attached to hep as you see attached to HIV, and they are both very similar viruses as to how they are passed from person to person. Until people realize that the only qualifying factor is being human, and that is all, we will always be having to put up with ignorance and judgement.
If the energy and resources spent on judgement and blame were refocused on responsible health education, think of what a better situation we all would be in.

i do beleive those people who think that are themselves uneducated on the issue, as well as ignorant to the reality of hiv/ aids.dont let that sway your thinking.
