The old dreadful cysts to act up again

The time have come again for these old nasty cysts to act up again but i tell ya`ll that have these cysts it`s no pleasant because it`s a painful experience for all who has these nasty things we go through a second monthly when it reoccur when it get ready on it`s own so i tell my doctor about the experience and the pain that i have with it when it reoccur. and so she write me a prescription for the pain so that`s what i do for those nasty cysts when pain reoccur at anytime.

What causes them? I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with your battle with them. Have the doctors diagnosed what causes them?
