HIV+ retirees in Latin America

Exploring options for retirement. I've heard of Americans going to various Latin American countries to stretch their retirement dollar. Have any of you HIVers done this? I'm mostly concerned about the medical quality of care I can expect. Any tips, experiences, etc. any of you can share would be appreciated.
