My CD4 is @ 450 I recently had a bad attack of flu, I had reoccuring tonsilitis with it. It is now over a month, that is gone ,but my tonsils are still big and swollen though not painful.I have swollen glands below either chin and my tongue is so sensitive and sore, I do not have visible ulcers though...has anyone ever had these symptoms...pls share.....

do you smoke at all? this can aggravate any tonsillitis. i don't know if this is a sign you need to start meds. is your viral load high? whatever you decide, you should talk to your doctor.
