I recently tested positive and I was vaccinated against Hep. B years ago. Does this mean that I am considered to have Hep. B as far as drug reactions are concerned since the antibodies are present in my system because of the vaccination?

being vaccinated for anything is to allow your body to build a defence to whatever you are getting a vaccine for, but it doesnt mean you are infected by a disease because of the vaccine.the small amount of vaccine is introduced to make it possible for your body to defend against getting infected in the future.so because you have anti bodies, doesnt mean your infected. hope this helps. take care.
