Need insurance coverage for HIV child adopting

I really need some direction and help. I help place children with special needs for adoption. We have a little girl a family wants to adopt, she is HIV positive from birth, now 8 years old. The family uses private insurance as he is a contractor. They must be able to add the child immediately to health coverage. They want to know, is there a particular insurance provider that they should purchase her insurance from that covers pre-existing HIV in a minor? We have numerous children listed so I would love to have an answer for families. What do you recommend?

That is very good information!
I now am thinking I can never visit my family in the US again, because I can't imagine I can get even temporary insurance after this...
Any thoughts?
