take a deep breath and try to relax until he can get tested,I know that's probably about impossible but nothing will change just because you make yourself crazy.You can both support each other right now.I don't know the risk levels for him,but I do think the fact that you're undetectable is in your favor,I could be wrong though and I'm sure there are others who know more.
As far as dating only positive guys,follow your heart and date who you care for,just continue like you have been,safe sex and disclose your status.

not to be too blunt or frank, but did you ejaculate in him? there would be a difference there as well. not that that is foolproof. he should get tested.
