Just wanted to give some people hope. In January 2009 I was diagnosed with AIDS and had a viral load of 334,000 and a TCell count of 106. In five months on Atripla I now am undetectable and have a TCell count of 284. So there is good news out there. Follow my daily struggles at: http://daveslifelivingwithhiv.blogspot.com/

Great news Dave. That's amazing so what ever you are doing apart from taking your meds, keep on doing it.
Best wishes Mondo

I think it might be because I have never miss a dose of the Atripla. I take it at 10 PM every night. Never more than an hour either way (my doctor told me yesterday I have a 3 hour window either way). Maybe the key has been that I have NEVER missed a dose. Never missed a night since starting to take it.

I am hopeful now, I don't know which med(s) my doctor will prescribe my CD4 is 147 and viral is 40803. Did you notice any side effects on the med you are taking? Is it just this one medication?
