I have large tonsile at right side, it last for months. Is this series? any advices are appreciated. thanks.

The fact that one of your tonsils is enlarged would tend to indicate that some sort of infection is active and isn't being controlled effectively by your immune system.

No-one can diagnose the cause of something like this without actually looking at your tonsils, so you really should be seeking qualified medical advice.
