Hello folks - Question for the group. I have a friend that has Marinol left over from bad times with HIV. She doesn't want to take any longer and asked if OK to sell. Any input? Appreciate your comments.

It's illegal to sell ANY prescription drugs. A felony.

If it's not outdated she can turn it in to some ASO's to be used by someone who needs it and can't afford it.

Marinol is Marijuana in a pill. As such it is classified as a schedule II class controlled substance. ASOs can't give away these types of drugs. As far as the law is concerned it'd be like handing someone a joint.
Pretty much the only thing she can do is use them or toss them.
