Recently have noticed some discomfort under my arms .. not pain .. just dull discomfort. I don't see my PCP till mid September. At my appointment in early June my CD4 was 500 and my VL 600. I'm not on any meds. Poz since last November. Anyone ever experience something similar? Think it's a sign of anything? Thanks in advance.

Dotman,
We are not doctors here, so we can't really answer your question. However, if you are truly concerned then you should call your doctor.

That has happend to me and it turned out to be swollen galnds due to not being able to use deoterant. There are glands in your arms, so they may be fighting infections of some type. Hope that helps......
