How long symptoms of primary infection last?

i am TERRIFIED that i may have gotten infected and now i feel like everything in my body is acting weird. maybe it is the anxiety or stress. can anybody please tell me what are the symptoms for primary hiv infection and how long they last? are they very pronounced?
like now, i am stressing because my pinky finger has been kinda numb since last nite. they say that you may experience foot or finger numbness or tingling. so, is this numb pinky finger the beginning of that?
or like this little pain i have in my throat, could it be the beginning of these flu-like symptoms?
or am i stressing way too much?
i will get tested as soon as it is prudent.
please reply and help me out.

First question would be: How do you think you may have been infected? Do you have reason to believe you may have become infected or are you just reacting to every little discomfort?
A numb pinky seems a rather minimal concern. Perhaps you just slept on it wrong. A mild sore throat speaks more to a cold than HIV.
I suggest you take a close look at what you did which you feel may have infected you, and then decide whether or not you have reason to be so paranoid. The last, but the most important - see your doctor and let him or her take the necessary steps to assess your condition.
