It is dangerous to encourage people to go without taking the anti-viral therapies. Not everyone can survive without them. I am happy for people who can, but there are many more who cannot and are having trouble being compliant with the medication regimens. They need encouragement to stick with the program and take their meds as ordered, not encouragement to dream about having a different body that can fight the virus without help from the meds in interrupting its reproductive cycle.
I hope that we will see more messages encouraging people who are having trouble with the side-effects. We need to rise up and make our doctors advocate for us and manage the side effects more aggressively and efficiently so that more of us can successfully take the meds and stay alive until there is an end to this plague.
God Bless Us Every One.

I have been off my meds for about two years now. I know that I am in the last stages of this disease. Last year I got cancer since then my life has been ok. I was on 42 pills a day. My body had a hard time dealing with all those pills per day.

There is no proof that these meds improve the quality or lenght of life, and the terrible side effects and toxicity needs to be studied to see if these drugs are actually causing death and disease. It is well established that AZT has caused more harm than good and it is looking like the same can be said about todays drugs. Fast track drug approval by the FDA based on drug trials that were cut short and unblinded have had a devistating effect on the health of people subjected to these drugs
