Is there anyone else out there who has been infected for 10+ years who is not requiring meds and has a been getting CBC results well within the normal ranges (ie: RBC, WBC, etc..)? Please share.

Wouldn't your viral load and CD4 count be more to the point? Is your viral load low or undectectable. Is your CD4 count within normal ranges. If they are and you aren't on medication, then don't worry about the rest. You might also considered entering a Long Term Non-progessor study if you are holding your own without medication.
PS. If you happen to be a worried well trying to figure out if you could have been infected for 10 years and still have a normal CBC count, it won't work. CBCs don't tell you a thing about HIV infection. Certainly no results from that type of test would be a definitive answer either way.
If you want to know your status, you have to test. There are no shortcuts.
