Can a man get HIV from the following?

Can a men getting HIV virus because of the following:
1) He kiss the breast of a women ( very hard ). 2) He put his
hand under her underwear ( mean inside the virgina ). 3) His
breast also being kiss by the women.
If possible, what is the percentage of getting the HIV virus?
How long it take to detect the virus, is it one week , one month,
three month or ten years? What is the sympton of it?
Please respond as soon as possible and I really having nightmare
recently and I really can't afford to have it because I knew I
was terrible wrong and I love my parents and friends very much.

If all you did was KISS the BREAST of a woman. IF ALL YOU DID WAS TOUCH her or were kissed by her THEN YOU ARE NOT AT RISK FOR HIV--YOU COULD get herpes from kissing her if she had a sore on her mouth. BUT YOU must get HIV into YOUR BLOOD STREAM to get infected with HIV!! YOU CANNOT GET HIV from kissing. So RELAX
