Hi there - my boyfriend fully has developed AIDS, and myself negative! Would like to here your opinion: I've recently come over several reports that a healthy immune system might protect you from getting the HIV, eating correctly, excercising etc. Could simply being healthy protect you altogether? Or is this rather far fetched?

Practising safer sex is what is going to protect you.

Hi Eric - ha ha - love your answer... yes - of course, we always practise safe sex - BUT - I have experienced the frustrating event where condom breaks, and that's where my question really comes in - should one be unlucky, and it has happened, could you be protected more by having a healthy lifestyle than having a very poor immune system?
I'll try and find the paper I read where research has been done on nutrition...
love to all
