finally a word from ssa,my case will be heard in front of an alj sometime this summer,hopefully i get it.hiv,side effects,cronic hep c,tore knee ligament,back problems,neuropath problems,stress,all this has got to do something,and with viral infections,upper respitory infections,broncitis.i have been waiting since 2004,hope they dont deny me because there is no way i could scale steel anymore or even do residential work,guess they want me to be a paperbot or work at a bk if they say im healthy enough,but dont expect fast service i have a cane,expect half assed service,lol

good luck i been waiting since feb of 05.....my hearing is scheduled for jan of 07....hope things work out for you*

my case was moved to pa from ny, i started to write my senators and just about anyone else involved so i could get some kind of response,then about a week after i wrote my senator a letter telling me of the move came in.if they are going to get paid they might just as well earn a little of it.good luck to you in your case i will let you know how it goes when the time comes,take care
