Great numbers. I think you are fine. As for the spots, you should find out what they are. Do they not have an interpreter in your docs office? You should find one you can understand.

bobo... Your in great shape.. I have heard with numbers like that your window prior to meds could be from 1 to 10 years from now.. Take care of yourself. Do nice things for your body and your mind. The brown spots are not related to an hiv infection, but talk to your doctor if you think they change or progress....

I shouldn't think with your labs, you need to go on meds, mate. The HIV meds are nasty things that do damage to your liver, red blood cells, cholesterol levels, and your nervous system. Best to avoid them until your doctor feels it is time to put you on the meds. HIV care in the UK is top notch, and you have rights to a lot of treatments that the non-HIV infected population can't get, such as regular dental care. HIV can cause necrosis of your gums so you should have regular dental check-ups.

When I lived in the UK, I had to take two buses to the Western Regional Hospital, on the far west side of Edinburgh to get my HIV work done. The patients in the waiting room at the clinic always seemed to include a prisoner handcuffed to two guards. A large prison is located nearby. Not very cheerful, but I did get excellent care.

Cheers up,

Girl, your numbers are better than mine. You are in great shape. Will respond to you tonight. Don't mind the questions at all. Glad to talk to you. Congrats on the engagement. Take care.

HIV is a part of me, but it does not define me!!!
