My partner is interested in trying this for neuropathy. Does anyone know of or has anyone taken Alpha- Liponic Acid. Seems to be precscribed in Europe but not here ( mostly for neuropathy asscoiated with diabetes). Recommended dose: 1800 miligrams on the first day, then 600 miligrams daily. Charles, anyone?????

If I were you, I would not take this without consulting a physician first. It appears to be over the counter but its only advertised use is for neuropathy associated with diabetes. But maybe you will be a guinea pig??? Let us know what you decide.
