Clean Needles

Hello,
I've found my self doing many drugs, One is heroin and I find my self doing it wonce a week or every two weeks or twice a week ( when Ever I want ). I inject it and I have bought rigs(syringes) from local drug stores before but its hard and they always give me a fight and they're not really sure if they can. I was woundering if its legal for me a 16 year old male living in Orlando FL usa to buy them. And I use them to inject other things too, But when i cant find a clean one I frown but i still do use dirty ones but I bleach them first is it posible to get aids ect. from doing this? my friends went to the health department and got tested and new needles but they were the size of lawn darts and thats all they were good for. Please Help me out and tell me if its posible for me to buy needles and if i can contract thing from using used but bleached needles
