Hello Again, a little more about me, I am new to this site, and have been + for 11 years, I am 30 years old and was diagnosed as part of a routine prenatal visit, I was 25 weeks pregnant when they told me. I have been dealing with it pretty well, my biggest health challenge is being overweight, there is so much information about preventing weight loss and HIV but not much about promoting healthy weight loss when its needed, and HIV.That is what I am all about, finding a balance, a healthy way to loose weight and maitain a healthy immune system all at the same time! And I must say I am doing pretty well.
