Look guys, no special food or herb is going to chase HIV out of your systems. Dietary precautions work like this: it's not what you eat, it's what you DON'T eat that will keep you healthy. I have learned that I get wasting spells several days to a week after I eat anything with milk in it. That means cheese, butter, cream, milk, anything with whey in it (that's whey protein) which most breads have. I also found that eating shellfish does the same to me. So I know we're not all the same, and this is only my experience, but if it works for me, it must work for someone else too. Try eliminating all whey and shellfish from your diet. That means chocolate too, I;m sorry to say. It basically means you can never eat out again. This diet is probably better suited for rich people who can afford to cook or have every meal cooked for them. Give it a try. Good luck!

Have you ever tried this? People like you who assume you know enough to shoot down foreign ideas are what slows progress. If you knew about the immune issues with whey protein, and the fact that these cow proteins are too large and cumbersome for human digestive systems, you might think there was something to this theory. Put it this way, anytime I consume products with whey in them, my glands swell up, I get diarrhea, I losr some muscle weight (which I never fully recover from) and I'm not the only person I know who this happens to. We all know that HIV allows opportunistic problems to debilitate the body. So anything that creates any sort of problem for the body would only be worse with HIV circulating through one's blood as well. Eliminate your allergies - even the ones you're not aware of, for however subtle the effects may have been when you were HIV negative. And don't be stubborn, and don't attack people. Moron.

The only thing is breaking old habits. I do feel better when I stop eating all those things absolutely. We are a bread and miik culture. *no pun intended :O) You can lead a horse to water, but a pencil must be lead. ~ Laurel & Hardy
