Would like to know if anyone can tell me if its possible to have only 1 symptom of hiv such as sore gums with white spots for more than 3yrs with no other symptoms. or after that long would i be showing more than just this

That's not a symptom of HIV. Have you tested?

yes iw as tested 2 times neg after 3 and 4 yrs but still am not sure

Don't get tested. You sound like you just have some minor health challenges. See a dentist and don't tell them your gay.

Be happy that you are negative and forget geeting tested again. Why put yourself through the touture of "testing". You deserve to live in peace.
