Im a 27 year old gentleman in Philippines. I have a foolish sexual history that has led me into a great stress and anxiety. I really need your advice as to what to do.

My History.

1) Around October 15, 2003, I visited a poor bar near SM Bacoor. I ended up fingering a bar girl. She also sucked me unprotected.

2) Between October 30 to the end of November, i took a girlfriend. We usually had unprotected sex several times until she went out of the country.

3) Around December 20, I attempted to have protected sex with a lady I met in Harrison plaz (she was a small ugly lady). As soon as i started having protected sex with her, I saw blood oozing from her so i immediately withdrew from her and she went away. I did not even have my orgasm, i quickly washed with soap.

4) I became worried later, especially for the bar girl i fingered. So i did HIV test on January 14, 2004, the result was NEGATIVE.

5) On 20th March 2004, i again foolishly met a lady at Harrison plaza, and later had sex with her. No kissing nor fingering. We washed down immediately i had orgasm. We met and had sex again on April 2. She claimed she was not a prostitute, and claimed her last sex was on Feb. 14 (protected). I became worried again and complained to the lady and she did HIV test on May 18 in San Lazaro, it was NEGATIVE.

6) During the last week of March and on April 12, I had sex with a fat ugly lady. She was last fucked four years ago. She has no boyfriend because she is too fat and ugly.

Looking at all these, I realize im a big fool. But I need your help.

SIGNS!

1) On April 18, I began to dream that I will probably contract HIV. So I entered a severe moment of stress, im still stressed right now.
2) On April 30, 2004, I shaved and began to experience pains in my armpits. Is it lymph node swelling? I did not feel any swelling but pains, though not severe for about a week. 3)On May 8, I began to feel headache, very slight one. From May 11 up till now (May 24), im suffering from maxillary sinusitis, not very severe though. slight headache and nasal congestion and slight sore throat.
On May 23, i began to see a very light mucous cyst on my lips and on the inside walls of my cheeks. Anyway, i did not notice how it used to be before. On May 23 and 26, I saw rashes, 1 on my hand and 1 on my back.
4) I have Arthritis already. Is it possible that my Arthritis is the cause of the pains in my armpits? I still feel very little pains in my armpits when i rub or touch them. Or has my long stress contributed somehow?
5) Im on treatment-- sinusitis, im taking cefalexin (antibiotic) for my sinusitis since May 24. Has it contribued to the rashes?
5) Im really scared to death. What do you think I should do? Should I go for HIV test? Im realy scared. Please advice me.
