Chest rash & numb hands = ARS?

I had u/p vaginal sex with a unknown female, 5 weeks later I develop a sore throat and cold. A couple of night sweats and some pain in my groin nodes. My hands began going numb in my sleep waking me up. At 7-8 weeks I develop a rash on my chest consisting of raised red spots, some of them form crusty blisters. The rash has persisted on my chest 11 weeks now, with new spots appearing after the old ones heal.
Is this rash ARS? Numb hands? I have had occasional diahrea as well. I know I need to test I am just curious about how realistic these signs are for ARS. Thanks very much.

have u got urself tested and if no get urself tested ......though these r not the symptoms
