Can HIV hide out in the lymph nodes right after infection making a PCR negative? Also, has anyone heard of anyone turning positive after a negative 4 month pcr and what were the circumstances?

NO, HIV is an active disease and starts immediately if it actually enters your body. It won't hide and wait for an opportune time.

Your lymph nodes screen blood for contaminates if you had HIV it would be detectable, since it was detected you are negetive...simple huh!
