Scared to death!

Im a gentleman of 28 years, living in Philippines. On Feb. 2, 2004, i had sex with a lady whose HIV status is unknown. It was only penetrative vaginal, no kissing nor fingering.
I PROPERLY used latex condoms at my disposal. I washed down immediately I had my orgasm, she also washed down before the second (last) contact. A week later I began to fear to death, thinking i might probably have contracted HIV from her. I have been scared to death. After I shaved on May 3, i began to feel some pains in my armpits, although i did not notice any swelling. A week later my head began to pain me in the bones, nasal congestion also followed. Right now, i dont experience pains in my armpits my headache is also dwindled; in fact i had to change my eye glasses becos an ophthalmologist said it could give me headache.
I dont know what to do now. Do u think I have to TEST for HIV? Can the virus pass through my scrotum or through the shaft/base of my penis and enter into my bloodstream?
I need your advice, Im scared to death.

What can I say I think you have taken all the necessary precautions.
Unless you were cut anywhere at the base of your shaft a very fresh 1, at that no point of entry except through that hole at the top of your penis.
So why you paniking probably you feel guilty about the act itself. Like me. Try not to panik(easier said than done).
