Symptoms?? Glands??

The gland/lymph node swelling seems to be something that flares up in all of us that are concerneed about a recent exposure. I'm rational enough to know that I'm not making it up...I definitely fell something different/strange going on...especially in groin and armpits also. But I'm wondering, is it possible for stress to cause flare ups/irritation in the glands/nodes???

Stress can do a world of things to your body, including making you physically sick. Are you poking your glands a lot? That can absolutely cause them to swell. Also, as is said time and again on this site, "symptoms" mean nothing. I am a former WW, beginning the road to recovery. I watched these bulletin boards for over two months, as I rode out my window period, and I was COMPLETELY sure that I had every symptom and was HIV-pos. BUT...I just had a 13/14 week test done and I am as negative as the day is long! So, take heart... HIV is a difficult virus to catch, and there are multitudes of negatives reported daily on this site! Relax and meditate when you can. This too shall pass...and it will leave behind a whole new perspective on life.
