I have been having blood in my stool and recently had a colonoscopy performed. It revealed inflammation. The microscopic finding was moderate infiltration of lymphoid cells and no Granulomata or parasites. Does anyone know if this is consistent with HIV or Chlamydia infection. I believe I have been infected through insertive u/p intercourse.

Colonscopes do not test for HIV - go for an HIV test if you want to know if you have HIV or not. Anything could cause the inflamation in your colon or intestines that have nothing to do with HIV - Go ask your doctor. Are you taking this test under the disguise that you will find out if you have or don't have HIV? You are so off base if you are. You could have IBS or Chrones or anything. I have had colonscopes - it is not a pretty test to prep for! It really is easier to just get the HIV blood test, afterall, for an HIV test, you don't have to sit in the bathroom for 3 hours!
