I have read in some previous posts that there has never been a documented case of HIV transmission via fingering. I'm wondering what is the source of that information.
I'm trying to stay calm...but I has an encounter at a gay bathhouse that involved, shall I say, "rough and deep fingering." I know that the man was HIV+ because he later expressed his desire to bareback. When I refused, he told me his status.
I'm one of those people that always seems to have raw cuticles or hangnails. Sure enough, I had a slight break in the skin on one of my fingers. It was not bleeding...but it was deep pink and raw. I had been sitting in the jacuzzi for a while, so any small scab had fallen away.
SO...sorry to be so long and graphic...but what do you think about that type of exposure?

If your finger was dripping blood then you would be at a theoretical risk level. If it wasn't, you shouldn't be worried about HIV transmission.
