I went and took the test today and i was very nervous..still am nervous and its like everything I do, HIV or AIDS somehow come up..I keep hearing positive going on in my head and while I was at work, I accidently hit the + key and then someone's last name came up saying Schiver(HIV is in that last name) and that just freaked me out. Am i paranoid?? Am I being told something through these situations. I pray it comes back negative.

95% of people who are going to serconvert, do so by week 6. So a 7 week negative will be a very good indicator of what your 13 week result will be. What type of unprotected sex was it?
Pay no attention to the "signs" that you are seeing. It happens to almost everyone. They were always there before, it's just that your mind is now focusing on them a lot more because you are so worried. They, by no means whatsoever, are an accurate depiction of your future.
Good luck, keep us posted!

People on this board that ar offering advise dont know what they are talking about. 5% of the population do not make antibodies to the test that are offered.
I found this out the hard way. I was tested negative six months after a risky exposure and I had sex with two girls that were low risk. I am getting sick and still test negative to this on the antibody test. I have killed people without being careless.

If you continually test negative, why isn't your doctor looking for other causes? Whatever is wrong with you, it's clearly not HIV.
