Hello, Im a 34 year old hetrosexual male who had safe sex (or I
thought it was safe) with a promiscuous woman (yeah I know a
prostitute). After an incredible 1 minute in her, I took my
condom out in everything seemed fine. It wasnt broken so I
suspected nothing. A week later, I broke out into flu-like
symptoms with a thick white coating on the back of my tongue. The
coating on my tongue remains 2 1/2 months later, however the
symptoms went away in about three or four weeks, although I still
feel like [censored], cold hands, tired, some chest pains, dry-eyes and
really irritated. Now my athletes feet that I have had for over
20 years seems to be worse than ever and I also have a bit now
between my legs. My doictor thinks it was a low-risk situation
and daid not to worry. I will be tested in 2 weeks. I know thrush
at this point is nearly impossible, however does anyone know if
it is possible to get a sytemic fungal infection from a sex act
with a prostitute, or do you think these are the beginnings of
HIV symptoms. After seroconversion, in theory there is supposed
to be an asymptomatic stage, why these symptoms so early. Please
reassure me or provide some additional inforation. You can email
