Medical Screening Services, reputable?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has used Medical Screening Services (http://www.aids-testing.com, 1(888)516-3342). They assured me they're using latest generation test ("3rd if not 4th"), but they test for HIV-1 only, since "the HIV-1/2 combination test has a higher false-positive rate". They told me they use test kits made by Abbott Labs but they don't seem to know the exact model name. They did recommend against taking a PCR test (which they also offer) at 3 months since their HIV test at 3 months is considered conclusive. My question is, are they reputable, can I trust them that I'll be getting a latest generation test? Does Abbott still make 1st generation test kits?
I was trying to find a clinic in northern California that offers anonymous 2nd/3rd generation tests, but it seems hard to find the specific information. Please reply if you know a place there. Thanks in advance.
