Question - I recently had an indeterminate western blot result. I was told to come back in 6 weeks and test again. What does this mean? Am I infected. I have had heterosexual unprotected sex with couple of times the past year with people I've met out.

Question to you, Why did you take a Western Blot test when the most accurate test is a antibodies test? If you received a negative three months after your last encounter with a antibodies test you are negative. The western blot is not a recommended test for HIV testing because it can give irregular results when a antibodies test doesn’t.

I'm working on getting my citizanship and after a positive ELISA the doctor sent for a western blot. He then called a week later and told me the results. I was not really getting an aids test!

After a POZ ELISA you got a Western Blot. That is what it sounds like.
There is a possibility that your are POZ. Western Blot isn't as sensitive as a ELISA. So they can give an Indeterminate result while a ELISA can give you a POZ. All you can do is test again. If you want you can do another ELISA.
But it would be best to wait the 6 weeks for the WB. That will be conclusive. After a POZ ELISA, the WB is a confirmatory of that result.
Good Luck
