Can candida (thrush) be invisible? I am male and I have a burning sensation on the tip of my tongue that will not go away. MY H.I.V. exposure is minimal, but I guess, not impossible. Would it be too soon to get this 3 months after exposure?

Thrush is not indicative of HIV (NO symptoms are indicative of HIV). Many things cause thrush, which it doesn't even sound like you have. Thrush tends to be a white curd-like growth in the mouth or on the tongue. When scraped away, the area underneath appears red and may sometimes bleed. If you're concerned about your tongue, you should see your doctor. It's not HIV-related though.
What was your potential exposure?
